Enjoy a day designed for women, including an Expressive Arts Activity with facilitator Barbara Pitt, a delightful lunch by Chef Nigel, and a relaxation exercise with Yoga Leader Julie Devine.
The Retreat is open to all women, but registration is limited to 25 with “First Come, First Serve”.
